If you wish to cancel your order, you can return it. The conditions for returning your order are mentioned in the following paragraph.
Conditions for returning orders
(1) You must notify us within 30 days (at info@the-tester.com) of your intention to return the order. (2) The goods must reach us within 30 days of receipt. (3) The test kit must be returned intact to De Medische Tester. (4) State the order number inside or on the outside of the box.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the return shipment is delivered to us. Mail with insufficient postage will not be received and cannot be refunded. After the return, you will receive a full credit for the amount of the returned order, excluding shipping costs.
