Return Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may return it. The conditions for returning your order are mentioned in the following paragraph.
Conditions for Returning Orders
(1) You must notify us within 14 days (at info@the-tester.com) of your intention to return the order.
(2) The goods must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.
(3) The test kit must be returned undamaged to The Tester.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that the return shipment is delivered to us. Insufficiently stamped mail will not be received and cannot be reimbursed. After returning, you will receive a full credit for the returned order amount, excluding shipping costs.
